Spiritual Wellness
When turning to the topic of wellness and health, all too frequently physical fitness gains the most attention. Wellness as a concept embraces a balance of body, mind and spirit. In order to embrace the total person, one will do well to also recognize the impact that our mental conditioning and spiritual fitness has on our total health and well-being. Physical fitness conditions the workings of the body. Mental fitness conditions one’s thinking processes, one’s confidence and self-esteem. Spiritual fitness conditions one’s purpose and sense of fulfillment. 
The purpose of this page is to briefly touch the on the spiritual, a component often overlooked except in religious and in metaphysical circles. We will not presume that the spiritual beliefs of one person, would or should match those of another. Choice is a freedom all are afforded. Even in the midst of dis-ease, the wellness package can advance the individual to the highest level to which they are capable. To the higher power, the one source, Spirit, God or the name of the divine with which you are most familiar, the following verse has been offered to allow contemplation, meditation and prayer.
We will add new images and words of reflection regularly. Today these words of reflection are offered through a composition by Namhad believeing that this song may touch many, thus, is offered here to promote that sense of balance by incorporating spiritual well-being in the total package of the human.
